Because Waukita grew up with a father who was always remodeling—and put her first hammer in her hands when she was six years old, she developed a love for real estate at a very early age. She and her husband also have a new home construction company, which affords her clients a different level of knowledge and insight that has proven to be invaluable. As a licensed Realtor in the Houston and Galveston areas since 2002, she has lived and worked in neighborhoods such as Piney Point Village, Memorial, The Historic Houston Heights and Inner Loop, as well as Galveston, and she welcomes the opportunity to share her knowledge and expertise.
