Stephanie began her career in real estate almost twenty years ago, working mainly in The Heights area, where she and her husband raised their son, Blake, who is now a Realtor in the firm. She has a style that is warm and down-to-earth in dealing with her clients and associates. Adhering to a strong code of ethics that includes doing the right thing, even if it costs her, and an honesty that others depend upon, is the benchmark for her success in business. Simply put, people trust her.


After a over a decade with an international franchise, last serving as the CEO of Houston’s third largest producing real estate brokerage, she took a leap of faith and founded Abundant Living Real Estate. With a strong desire to develop a brokerage with the best associates in the industry, along with her need to work with others who shared her passion for giving back, her company became a reality. Inspired by the one-for-one type sharing that Tom’s Shoes and many others have implemented, she is dedicated to sharing 10% of her broker proceeds to charities and programs that she and her associates chose to support. She knows that by connecting passion and purpose, success is found.

When away from the negotiation table, or supporting and developing her agents, she enjoys the great shops and restaurants of Houston’s inner loop. Entertaining friends and family, gardening, reading and travel top her list of favorite activities. She lives by the mantra that when you do what you love, it shows!
