Erin is a fourth generation Houstonian who grew up in the Braes Heights/Bellaire area, where she attended Bellaire High School. Like many in her family, she is a proud A&M graduate, where she earned the esteemed magna cum laude distinction. Erin has a servant heart and has volunteered her entire life through her church and school, including several mission trips both in the states and abroad to give to those less fortunate.

Erin grew up experiencing real estate with her mother, Tricia Eby, a consistent top producer with an impeccable reputation in the industry. She knows that integrity, staying focused on her clients’ needs and best interests, and professionalism as the keys to success in real estate.

When she’s not showing homes, or negotiating and selling homes, you will find Erin enjoying her family time, and her fur baby Gus in Houston’s many parks and nearby beaches.
