AnJee Mathis is a Houston area native growing up in Missouri City/Sugar Land. She was accepted and selected into the four-year robust curriculum of the Medical Science Academy at Hightower High School, where she also played Volleyball (a captain), Basketball and Track & Field. Her mother and father instilled in her the importance of excelling in academics, being honest and trustworthy, as well as being a leader and team player which were portrayed in her studies and sports. She graduated from Hightower in 2012 with an Academic Scholarship and Collegiate Volleyball Scholarship to Wiley College in Marshall, TX (Home of the Great Debaters). While at Wiley College she received many awards for her academic and volleyball achievements. Academically, AnJee received honors such as being on the President’s List, Dean’s List, and receiving Red River Conference Academic Awards. Athletically, she received a few Red River Athletic All-Conference Awards, was a Captain and still holds records in several statistic lists as one of the top 10 & 20 players. Ethically, she won the Champion of Character Award throughout the entire conference. After three years at Wiley College, AnJee finished her last year of collegiate studies at Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. At Lamar, she also received the honor of being on the Dean’s List. In May of 2016, she graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors and received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Applied Arts & Science.

Real Estate is in AnJee’s DNA! She grew up with her father, a veteran sergeant, engaging in investing, building, rehabbing homes, buying raw land and lots, flipping properties, renting out homes, managing Airbnb properties & tiny homes and recently starting to build an 8-plex. Through her dad, she knows the hard work, sweat equity and perseverance needed to get the job done. In 2016 while assisting her father in gutting a home, Anjee stepped on a nail and continued working, knowing the importance of completion of a job well done.

After college graduation, Mathis began working in Sales & Marketing, becoming a manager in 2016. Her exceptional customer service, effective communication and organization skills as well as paying close attention to details have aided in her continued success. Furthermore, AnJee and her husband have owned a power-washing, pressure-washing and soft-washing company since March 2018.

She is very knowledgeable about Houston, Missouri City, Pearland, Sugar Land, Manvel, Rosharon, Fresno, Brazoria County, Cypress, Friendswood, Webster, and Humble area of Houston’s Metroplex and would love to talk to you about your Real Estate needs very soon!
